Federal Judge DENIES STAY on DADT Ruling

Federal Judge Virginia Phillips has officially denied the stay requested by the Justice Dept in regards to her ruling that Don’t Ask Don’t Tell is unconstitutional and must end immediately. She called their reasoning "unpersuasive". The case will certainly be appealed. READ MORE HERE

Openly Gay Americans Can Sign Up For Military Service
