Federal Judge Virginia Phillips has officially denied the stay requested by the Justice Dept in regards to her ruling that Don’t Ask Don’t Tell is unconstitutional and must end immediately. She called their reasoning "unpersuasive". The case will certainly be appealed. READ MORE HERE

The Defense Dept is now accepting openly gay applicants for military service. This is on the heels of Federal Judge Virginia Phillips ordering the end of Don’t Ask Don’t Tell and is expected to deny a stay requested on the matter.
