Valley Caregiver Resource Center and its affiliated programs, Caregiver Resource Program, OASIS Adult Day Program, Long Term Care Ombudsman Program, and Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program (HICAP), offer a comprehensive array of services designed to assist elders and their families master the challenges that accompany the aging process.
