A Federal judge has ordered the government to immediately end the Don’t Ask Don’t Tell policy of the U.S. military. U.S. District Judge Virginia Phillips ruled the policy unconstitutional and issued an immediate injunction. The U.S. Dept of Justice has 60 days to appeal the ruling.
