About forty people turned out on Wednesday night, February 20th, at the corner of Shaw & Blackstone in honor of Lawrence King, who was recently shot and killed by a fellow student in Oxnard, CA. The estate of alumnus William N. Beck has conveyed a $100,000 bequest to the Bulldog Pride Scholarship Fund, whose annual competitive awards are presented under the aegis of the Fresno State Alumni Association.
