Well, not much of a shocker, but the Dept. of Justice has requested an immediate stay to U.S. District Judge Virginia Phillips ruling that Don’t Ask Don’t Tell should be ended. If the judge does not grant the stay then it’s expected to be appealed to the US Court of Appeals. The Dept of Justice

U.S. District Judge Virginia Phillips ruled the policy unconstitutional and issued an immediate injunction. The U.S. Dept of Justice has 60 days to appeal the ruling. This very well could be the end of DADT.
