Maine & New Hampshire A Step Away From Marriage Equality

The Maine senate voted 20-15 on Thursday morning to pass a bill that would legalize same-sex marriage in the state. Senators also voted 22-13 to reject an amendment that would send the marriage-equality question to voters in a referendum. Vermont Legislature Overturns Gov. Veto – Legalizes Same Sex Marriage
