Gay Hiking Group: Exploring Lower Millerton Cave

Hi folks,

Join us for a fun trip exploring an easier section of Millerton Cave.

We are gonna meet at the Sportsman’s Warehouse parking lot on Sunday July 20 at 9am. We will carpool from there. I expect to be done caving by noon.

This is a fun section of cave that we can finish in under an hour. This isn’t difficult and can be done by most people.
Expect water up to your waist in some sections. This is a fun way to cool off on a hot day.

Bring shoes with a good grip that you can wear in water (I’ll just wear some running shoes with good tread),

You’ll need a helmet. A bike helmet is fine and I’ll bring a couple extras. You’ll also need a head lamp. I’ll bring extras of those too.

There’s an easy hike of about a mile to get to the cave. Bring some water and a snack.

We will get lunch in Prather when we’re done.
