The ballot measure war has begun. Earlier this month two Southern California students got approval to start collecting signatures for a measure which, if approved, would strike the word "marriage" from all California state laws, which would include heterosexual couples. A second ballot measure proposal was just approved for signature gathering. This measure, if passed,
