Looking to move your body, spend time in nature, and connect with others? 

Join us Sunday mornings for our Weekly Wellness Walk at Woodward Park!

Whether you want to power walk, stroll casually, or just enjoy the fresh morning air, everyone is welcome. Go at your own pace and distance! Leashed pets are welcome. Allies are always welcome.

Where: Woodward Park (Meet at the trail off Friant/Fort Washington, on the shaded side of the rainbow shipping container)

When: Every Sunday | Meet up at 7:45 AM, walk starts promptly at 8:00 AM

Pace: All levels & paces welcome!

Parking: Woodward Park enforces parking at all hours, be sure to use the ParkMobile app to buy a $5 day pass to park or you can consider parking across the street in the shopping center.
