Queer Outside June Hike

Happy Pride everyone!!! 🌈⭐️ Join us for a group hike in the Southern California Edison Forest, where we’ll summit Ely Mountain! ⛰️

🗓️ When: Saturday, June 13th at 8AM! Early start to beat the heat 🌞

📍Where: Ely Mountain on AllTrails (note there are various- click the link in rsvp form for exact hike directions!) coordinates: 37.159381, -119.243589 Shaver Lake, California 93664

🅿️Parking: Small free parking lot (carpooling is encouraged!)

🥾Length of trail: 4.4 miles out & back. We’ll be hiking + hanging out at the summit for a total of around 4-6 hours or so!

‼️Difficulty: MODERATE-HARD.

🎒WHAT TO BRING: sunscreen/sun protection (hats, long sleeves, sun glasses, etc.), plenty of water!!! your favorite hiking snacks, and reliable shoes!

⚠️ Some challenges include areas with steep incline & bikers on trail. There are plenty of shady areas but mostly exposed. We love our fur babies but bringing dogs is not recommended.
