House Approves ENDA

Image The House of Representatives on Wednesday passed the ENDA, The Employment Non-Discrimination Act. This groundbreaking legislation, which would provide protection from discrimination in employment for gays and lesbians, now must move through the Senate and head to President’s desk, where it’s possible it could be vetoed by ol’ GW, depending on recent changes made.
