For more than 30 years the Marjaree Mason Center has offered shelter and supportive services to victims of domestic violence in Fresno County. Currently the center operates the county’s only domestic violence shelters.

This is a group for the LGBT community (and allies) who own dogs & want to meet new friends. Bring your dogs to one of our meet ups!nWhen you arrive look for Lyndsay she’ll be holding a rainbow umbrella nEvery Saturday 11am-12pm at Woodward Park Dog ParknTreats for the little ones will be provided. Feel free to bring friends!/rNon dog owners are welcome too.

GSA Network is working to strengthen the national movement-building capacity at the intersection of LGBTQ+ youth organizing and racial and gender justice in schools and develop the next generation of LGBTQ+ leaders particularly low-income youth and youth of color in California and nationally nGSA Network includes GSA Network of California which connects more than 1100 clubs across the state and the National Association of GSA Networks which unites 40 statewide networks of GSA clubs. We also support student-led campaigns through GSAsUnite! (unite.gsanetwork.org) an online campaign and petition platform for trans and queer youth across the country.

Genders & Sexualities Alliances or GSAs for short are student-run organizations that unite LGBTQ+ and allied youth to build community and organize around issues impacting them in their schools and communities. GSAs have evolved beyond their traditional role to serve as safe spaces for LGBTQ+ youth in middle schools and high schools and have emerged as vehicles for deep social change related to racial gender and educational justice.

Woven is a congregation committed to being open and affirming of all of God’s people inclusive of all sexual orientations and gender identities nSunday Suppers will take place every first and third Sunday at Gazebo Gardens at 5pm. We will create a Sunday experience that allows for hospitality reconciliation healing and empowerment’a space where everyone feels welcomed wherever they are in their faith journey. We will always be adding a seat to the table just as Jesus did.

United Student Pride is an on-campus student organization at Fresno State which offers activities as well as various opportunities for involvement that have both educational and social value. USP seeks to provide a safe supportive and welcoming atmosphere for all students. Most importantly USP provides the opportunity for people to meet and interact with one another in order to reach a better understanding of others and ourselves. USP is open to all students of all sexual orientations and all gender identities. In other words absolutely any and every Fresno State student can join! Members of the community are also frequently welcome to any and all USP meetings and events! While USP is primarily a social group the organization also serves as an activist group and a support group for individuals who need guidance and service . United Student Pride is an embodiment of Fresno State’s Mantra “Discovery Diversity Distinction.” We have members from many different clubs LGBT+ community organizations student government fraternities and sororities so United Student Pride is a great opportunity to find new interests and make new friends.
