Angels of Grace Foster Family Agency is an agency that provides a place of refuge and healing for foster children. A place where they can receive the nurturing and care that they need from professional social workers and trained foster parents. Every day, they are able to draw strength from the human warmth and affection that has frequently been denied to them. Our culturally diverse treatment program provides an array of services to families in order to sustain the needs of foster children. Our goal is to remain focused on the children’s needs and search for a good foster family that will work with them on their issues and at their level. Thanks to the support of many wonderful people throughout the community, not only are we able to meet the physical needs of foster children, but we get to love, nurture and protect the mind, body and spirit of the children we serve.

Woven is a congregation committed to being open and affirming of all of God’s people inclusive of all sexual orientations and gender identities nSunday Suppers will take place every first and third Sunday at Gazebo Gardens at 5pm. We will create a Sunday experience that allows for hospitality reconciliation healing and empowerment’a space where everyone feels welcomed wherever they are in their faith journey. United Student Pride is an on-campus student organization at Fresno State which offers activities as well as various opportunities for involvement that have both educational and social value. USP seeks to provide a safe supportive and welcoming atmosphere for all students. Most importantly USP provides the opportunity for people to meet and interact with one another in order to reach a better understanding of others and ourselves. USP is open to all students of all sexual orientations and all gender identities. In other words absolutely any and every Fresno State student can join! Members of the community are also frequently welcome to any and all USP meetings and events! While USP is primarily a social group the organization also serves as an activist group and a support group for individuals who need guidance and service . United Student Pride is an embodiment of Fresno State’s Mantra “Discovery Diversity Distinction.” We have members from many different clubs LGBT+ community organizations student government fraternities and sororities so United Student Pride is a great opportunity to find new interests and make new friends. Trans-E-Motion was founded in 2005 by a steering committee focused on organizing the annual Transgender Day of Remembrance (TDOR). Over the years the event focused more on providing resources and partnering with the community. Trans-E-Motion was founded to provide this support year-round nIn 2010 Trans-E-Motion became an official 501(c)3 non-profit community benefit organization and began hosting monthly socials inviting transgender people and their allies to attend as their authentic selves nIn 2011 Trans-E-Motion hosted its first monthly support group and also began participating in resource fairs organizing speaker’s panels to educate in classrooms of various disciplines and presenting transgender 101 presentations nTrans-E-Motion continues to grow and focuses on providing support advocacy and education for the transgender community and allies nCurrent activities include the annual Transgender Day of Visibility (TDOV) Transgender Day of Remembrance monthly support groups and offering educational workshops and presentations to the professional academic and allied communities.
